Noise barriers
The noise barriers are one of the most commonly used noise protection measures. Thanks to its simplicity, it finds a place in a wide range of applications. In the case of AKUSTIK noise barrier walls, this is a modular system, where the load-bearing elements of the wall are given and panels are subsequently inserted into it. The AKUSTIK noise barrier system can be delivered as a semi-finished product (modular system) or including assembly with a complete service (if necessary, we will also measure noise).
Usually, the wall is based on load-bearing steel columns provided with guide profiles. After the placing of the columns on a solid base (ideally a concrete base), the panels are inserted into the prepared profiles. The system is simple, effective and easy to assemble.
The AKUSTIK P type panel in dimensions 2000 × 1000 or 3000×1000 is suitable for these installations.
In case of atypical solutions, please contact us, we always try to find a suitable solution to the problem. The wall may be delivered in a full-color version RAL or galvanized mechanically more resistant variant.
Noise protection covers
This is the most effective option for removing excessive noise. The covers are usually used in industry where it is necessary to limit the spread of machine noise into the production area. The common examples are also compressors and fans outside the buildings.
It is always a custom production creation based on the needs of the customer or the technology that needs to be soundproofed. The basis of the cover is a load-bearing steel structure into which AKUSTIK panels are inserted. This structure may be provided with doors, gates, automatic gates, and other elements such as openings and windows. The tiles are often used as a functional architectural element. There are used primarily excellent absorption panel acoustics. It serves to prevent the reflectivity of the walls, partial absorption of noise from the technology (often condensing units, heat pumps) and to prevent the transmission of noise inside the building.
Acoustic panels can be designed in different color combinations and shapes perforations according to the investor or architectural design. Thanks to this option, there is no need to install cover elements. It is always advisable to consult the attachment of the panels to the facade already in the project phase, there may be several variants, so it is good to find the best one.
